EPISODES

So the Golden Globes weren't too long ago and one of the biggest shocks of the night was the win for Matt Le Blanc...(awkward silence as the tumble weed rolls) Lets try that again shall we.

So the Golden Globes weren't too long ago and one of the biggest shocks of the night was the win for JOEY from the hit TV show FRIENDS "Ahhhhhh" (now you know who I'm on about) Viewers and attendees were quite shocked about him winning best actor for his role in the TV show "EPISODES" as well because Matt Le Blanc plays...Matt Le Blanc

So with the golden globe nominations "Episodes" received and the win for Matt Le Blanc I thought to go and check it out.

Check out the guy at 01:35 he doesn't look at all shocked

WHAT THE FRACK IS...EPISODES?

Episodes is a comedy about 2 British screen writers who have a successful show called "Lyman's Boys". (I actually thought it was a real show I Google'd it and everything turns out its fictional.) However like any successful British show those Americans like to bring it over to their side of the pond. However in the process of this again they try to make it all Hollywood which the writers are furious with and Matt Le Blanc is pulled into the cast of playing the Headmaster of an all boys British private school. (This just pokes fun at Hollywood and their continuous bad casting choices) As the show continues you begin to witness the downfall and credibility of "Lyman's boys" by the choice of a sexy librarian in the school and the roles characters being changed to fit the American audience. With Matt Le Blanc practically being Joey it works well in "Episodes" given the fact the writers think he has no range and acting capability .

Episodes cleverly combines both British and American humour together to create a funny and whitty comedy programme. If your looking for something that's quite intelligently written without the always usual slapstick humour then you will love this. What's even better is the fact there's no laughing track (I *FRACKIN* hate that in comedy programmes I always feel pressured to laugh even though deep down I know it's not even funny)

Matt Le Blanc Is Not A Piece Of Meat
