PLEBS

  "SAME GAME, DIFFERENT ERA"

It's a Thursday evening, I'm in my bedroom, relaxing and I hear "Beenie Man - Dude" playing. You know the reggae dancehall artist who hails from Jamaica. Now my grandmother is the only person downstairs and I'm thinking to myself...
"Is Nan really downstairs watching B.E.T?"
As the song continues to play it hear the person say the name of the show but it was pretty muffled so I couldn't hear very well, however I heard the rest...
"Brand new British comedy coming soon to ITV2"

So I went into CSI mode and began searching the internet for the advert.
Google...Search...."Beenie Man ITV2"....and voila I found the advert.

Described as "Three desperate young men from the suburbs as they try to get laid, hold downs jobs and climb the social ladder in the big city" The Beenie Man song was already attention grabbing but a bit more research into the show wouldn't go amiss. After watching a few more sneak preview clips I began to somewhat see a resemblance to one of my favourite British comedies...The Inbetweeners however set in Ancient Rome.If it's anything like it predecessor I'm sure we are in for a definite treat, but I'll hold my applause till after the first episode airs.

"PLEBS"
